How do I place an order?
Pick the product you want, select size and color if applicable, add it to your cart, and complete checkout.
What are the shipping options and costs?
We ship nationwide via Tipax courier, usually prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. See the Shipping & Payment page for details.
How can I pay?
Payment is handled online through the ZarinPal gateway; all Shetab-network bank cards are accepted. Divine Style never sees or stores your card details.
What material is the jewelry made of?
Depending on the piece, we use sterling silver (925), stainless steel, or gold plating. Material details are listed on each product page.
How do I keep my jewelry from tarnishing?
Put it on last and take it off first — after perfume, before a shower or swim. Read our full jewelry care guide in the Journal.
Can I return an order I don't like?
Yes. Within 7 days of delivery, unused items in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged. Reach out via your order dashboard or our Direct chat to start the process.
How do I track my order?
Check the Orders section in your account for status; once shipped, you'll also get a tracking code by SMS.
What if I got the wrong size or color?
Contact us through the Direct chat on the site, Instagram, or email and we’ll sort out an exchange quickly.
