1. Acceptance of Terms
Using the Divine Style website and placing an order means you accept these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, please don't place an order.
2. Products & Pricing
We do our best to keep product images and descriptions accurate, but due to display differences and the handmade nature of some pieces, color or details may vary slightly from the photo. Prices are in Toman and may change without notice; the price at the time of order is final.
3. Orders & Payment
Your order is confirmed after successful payment through our bank gateway. See the Shipping & Payment page for details. Divine Style reserves the right to cancel or hold an order for review if it appears suspicious (e.g. incomplete information or a payment mismatch).
4. Shipping
Orders ship nationwide across Iran via Tipax courier. Preparation time and shipping cost are described on the Shipping & Payment page. You're responsible for entering a correct address and contact details.
5. Returns & Cancellation
Under e-commerce consumer protection rules, you have the right to cancel within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect. Contact us via Direct chat, email, or Instagram to start a return.
6. Privacy
Information you provide at signup or checkout (name, address, phone) is used only to process and ship your order, and is never shared with third parties except where required by law. Payment details are handled directly by the bank gateway and never stored on Divine Style's servers.
7. Content Ownership
All images, text, design, and content on the Divine Style website belong to the brand; using or republishing them without written permission isn't allowed.
8. Changes to These Terms
Divine Style may update these terms over time. The version on this page is always the current one, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated version.
